Refund & Return Policy

At Karomart Interiors, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the handcrafted nature of our concrete collections.

01. Small Items & Accessories

Refunds and returns for small items are eligible under the following conditions:

/Requests must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
/Items must be returned in their original packaging.

02. Large Item Cancellations

For large-scale pieces, refund requests must be made via phone or email before the item is processed for shipping. Once an item has entered the logistics phase, we cannot offer a full refund.

03. Bespoke & Custom Commissions

Non-Refundable Policy:

There are no refunds for bespoke or altered products made specifically to customer requests.
